Answer the questions asked, protect sensitive information appropriately, and make your capabilities easy to evaluate. Do not assume the RFI will lead to a solicitation.
Discovery use
RFIs can be early signals of agency demand. Track the notice identifier and agency so later related opportunities can be recognized.
