Independent information service
GovBidStream is an independent opportunity discovery and monitoring service. It is not affiliated with SAM.gov, the U.S. government, or a contracting agency. The official notice and attachments are the legally operative records.
No professional advice or outcome guarantee
GovBidStream does not provide legal, accounting, certification, or proposal advice. It does not determine your eligibility or responsiveness and does not guarantee an award, response, or business outcome.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for controlling access to your email and active sessions, providing accurate account information, and notifying GovBidStream of suspected misuse. Automated access must follow documented API terms.
Alerts and availability
Alerts are a convenience, not a deadline service. Sources, networks, email providers, and connectors can fail. You remain responsible for checking official records and submitting on time. Stale status indicates that a source could not be confirmed within its expected refresh window.
Paid plans
Prices and billing periods are shown in Stripe Checkout before purchase. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Access may continue through a stated grace period after a payment failure. Refund, tax, receipt, cancellation, and renewal terms presented at checkout become part of these terms.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the service, bypass limits, misuse public contact information, upload unlawful material, resell data contrary to source rights, or imply government affiliation. Source terms and attachment rights remain applicable.
Changes and contact
Material changes receive an updated date. Questions may be sent to legal@govbidstream.com. Production launch should include counsel review appropriate to the deployed jurisdictions and business practices.
